Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and return reason. U.S. customers receive a prepaid return label; international customers cover return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs. Bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us to confirm availability. Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
